We are seeking a Construction Advisor to support our clients’ project teams by advising during the complete lifecycle of a project. The Construction Advisor supports project teams by providing expert guidance on construction planning, execution, safety, and quality. The role ensures that construction activities align with design intent, regulatory requirements, and project objectives. It acts as a trusted technical resource, helping identify risks, resolve field issues, and drive efficient, safe, and compliant project delivery.

• Advise project managers and field teams on construction methods, sequencing, and best practices. 

• Review design documents, construction plans, and specifications to ensure constructability and alignment with site conditions. 

• Monitor construction progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions. 

• Support contractor oversight, including reviewing work quality, safety performance, and adherence to contract requirements. 

• Participate in site inspections, technical reviews, and issue‑resolution meetings. 

• Provide input on cost, schedule, and resource impacts related to construction activities. 

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and organizational standards. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and promoting consistent construction practices. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 

• 7+ years of experience in construction supervision, field engineering, or project delivery roles. 

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, safety standards, and industry best practices. 

• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams. 

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents. 

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑coordination skills. 

• Proficiency with construction management tools and site documentation processes.
