We are seeking an Intermediate Document Controller to support our clients’ project teams by overseeing the complete lifecycle of project documentation. This role ensures that all documents are accurate, properly maintained, and easily accessible to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with client standards and project requirements.

• Manage and track the full document lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper version control. 

• Set up and administer document management processes in alignment with client procedures, standards, and project needs. 

• Register, monitor, and distribute documents to internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and data security. 

• Prepare, revise, and organize work packages, contract documentation, and related records throughout their lifecycle. 

• Provide timely and accurate document information to project teams to support efficient workflows and decisionmaking. 

• Maintain and update project documentation within designated systems to ensure accessibility and compliance. 

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

• Minimum 4 years of experience in document control or project administration. 

• Experience with management system implementation or audit processes is an asset. 

• Strong understanding of document control practices involving contractors, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders. 

• Intermediate proficiency with Aconex, Docusign, and SharePoint. 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
