We are seeking an Intermediate Project Controller to support our clients’ project teams by overseeing the complete lifecycle of project support. The Project Controller supports project teams by managing budgets, tracking financial performance, and ensuring strong cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The role provides analysis, reporting, and governance to help projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget. It acts as a key link between project management, finance, and leadership.

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans. 

• Track actuals vs. budget and highlight variances or risks. 

• Prepare financial and performance reports, including KPIs and earned value metrics. 

• Support change management by assessing cost and schedule impacts. 

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, contracts, and audit requirements. 

• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and procurement to support decisions. 

• Maintain accurate documentation for costs, invoices, and change orders. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field. 

• 3–7 years of experience in project controls, project accounting, or financial analysis. 

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and project management tools. 

• Knowledge of cost control, forecasting, and earned value management. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
