We are seeking a Senior Planner Scheduler to support our clients’ project teams by overseeing the complete lifecycle of a project. The Senior Planner/Scheduler leads the planning and scheduling function for major projects, ensuring that schedules are realistic, integrated, and aligned with project objectives. This role develops baseline schedules, monitors progress, analyzes variances, and provides strategic insights to project leadership. It serves as a key advisor on schedule risks, opportunities, and performance trends across the project lifecycle.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using approved scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). 

• Establish baseline schedules and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and resource plans. 

• Track progress, analyze schedule performance, and report variances and critical path impacts. 

• Conduct schedule risk assessments and scenario analyses to support decision-making. 

• Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and other stakeholders. 

• Prepare regular schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts for project leadership. 

• Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of scope changes or delays. 

• Ensure compliance with organizational scheduling standards, procedures, and best practices. 

• Facilitate planning sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. 

• 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally on large or complex projects. 

• Advanced proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 strongly preferred). 

• Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM), earned value concepts, and schedule risk analysis. 

• Experience integrating schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. 

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. 

• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and provide clear recommendations.
